After this period we are unable to accept return or exchange requests.
Items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.

After we receive and inspect the item, we refund the amount to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank.
If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, shipping fees may be deducted.
