2. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. You may delete your account at any time from your account page.

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. If an item does not match its description, you may return it under the Exchange & Return Policy.

1. All prices are in Saudi Riyals.

2. If an incorrect price appears due to a technical error, the store may cancel the order with notice to you and a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Payment is made through the approved electronic payment methods shown at checkout.

1. After placing an order you receive a confirmation with an order number, and you can follow it from the order tracking page.

2. Shipping is via licensed carriers within the Kingdom; delivery usually takes 1 to 4 business days depending on the city.

3. Shipping is free for orders above SAR 199, and your order's shipping fee is shown clearly before confirmation.

4. Delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control; we will contact you to minimise the impact, and you may cancel if delivery becomes impossible.

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Exchange & Return Policy published on this site, which forms an integral part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
